Musicianship difficulties may include areas of complexity such as dynamic control, timbral choices and balance of musical parts/lines. You should support your development with 3 suitable demonstrations of excerpts that you have manipulated to explore performance options.

Interpretation difficulties may include issues including phrasing, stamina, and stylistic awareness. You should support your development with 3 examples that reflect work of prominent performers, analysis of recordings, practice journals and an understanding of performance conventions.

Your presentation can include multimedia components to support your discussion and performance. You will need to submit a summary of the points you will address during your presentation, as well as notation for all excerpts and technical work.
