NOTAS DEL ENÓLOGO
Es un vino que presenta una muy buena estructura y cuerpo muy definido con una frescura en nariz.
Vista: Presenta tonos muy rojos, violáceos con una brillantez muy bien definida.
Nariz: Resalta su frutalidad, con notas a frutilla y frambuesa que se mezcla muy bien con los aromas aportados por la madera, donde resaltan las notas a trufa y chocolate blanco.
Boca: Buena persistencia donde los taninos se presentan muy suaves, dando un vino bastante complejo y de una muy buena acidez.
Maridaje recomendado: Pastas, carnes rojas, pescado y queso.
