Definitions Number of institutions: Total number of public TVET institutions which have real location and their management structures are recognized by Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. Institution: TVET institution that offer training from short course up to Ph.D level. PTC / VTC: TVET institution that offer training from short course up to certificate level 1, 2 and 3. Enrollment: Number of trainees enrolled in a particular course. DropOut: Number of trainees drop out from training course. DropOut is defined in internal regulation of each TVET institution and calculated based on percentage of enrollment in compare to the whole course. Employed after graduation: Number of trainees who have a job after graduation. Teaching Staff: Number of staff whose main duty is teaching/training. Non Teaching Staff Total: Number of staff whose main duty is not teaching/training such as director, deputy director, admin staff, driver etc. Total Staff: Total number of staff both teaching and non-teaching. Short Course: Training course which is least than one year (30 credits). C1: Vocational training certificate level 1 which training period is one year (30 credits). C2: Vocational training certificate level 2 which training period is one year (30 credits). C3: Vocational training certificate level 3 which training period is one year (30 credits). Higher Diploma: Higher diploma of technology or higher diploma of specialty which training period is two years (60 credits). Bachelor: Bachelor of technology or bachelor of specialty which training period is at least four years (120 credits). Master: Master of technology or master of specialty (45 credits). Ph.D: Doctor of technology or doctor of specialty (54 credits). % Female: Percentage of female trainees in compare to total number of trainees. Formula: Female enrollment x 100 Total enrollment
