Dow and DuPont remain focused on closing the transaction and continue to work constructively with regulatory agencies in all relevant jurisdictions.
Given current regulatory agency status, merger closing would be expected to occur in the first quarter of 2017, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of all regulatory approvals.
Intended spins to occur ~18 months after closing.

Record Quarterly Revenue of $123 Million, 22.5 Percent Higher Than 2015 Annual Revenue of $430 Million, 3.9 Percent Higher Than 2015• The company achieved record quarterly revenue in its Tungsten slurry
product area, which grew 8.8 percent year‐over‐year; • revenue from the company’s Pads product area grew 131.8 percent
compared to the same quarter last year, including $7.7 million from NexPlanar;
• revenue from the company’s Dielectrics slurry product area grew 22.8 percent;
• and sales of slurries for polishing other metals grew 5.4 percent.• Quarterly revenue also benefited from particularly strong performance

Fujifilm announced it will launch the operation of a third plant in Taiwan late 2016. The plant is located in Tainan and is 5,120 sq ft. In Asia, Fujifilm also has production sites in Shizuoka Japan, Suzhou China and Cheonan Korea.
