techniqueofStandupPokerandhowitrevolutionizedourdailystandups.Thistechniquehelped
usuncovertrueinsightsintoteams'progress,gottheteamtalkingaboutstrategicplanning,and
removedimpedimentstoaccomplishingoursprintgoalsandcommitments.Whenteam
membersstartedusingthistechnique,hiddenobstaclesanddependenciesstartedtoemerge
andteammembersorganicallystartedtore-planandprioritizetheirworktoaccomplishtheir
