Students can earn up to 3 college credits from BCC towards a degree in Nursing & 8 college credits from UMDNJ
students can transfer to another 2 or 4-year college after completion of this program
Shared Time Programs offers:
Opportunity to acquire academic/high school requirements at their home school for half of the day,
Opportunity to pursue a career and acquire life skills necessary to succeed in a health science/technical field of their choice through MCVSD
Opportunity to receive college credits.

Level I students participate in touring various departments at local health care facilities.
Level 2 students spend 1-2 days a week (16-24 hours total) at a nursing home to practice patient skills and complete requirements for their Home Health Aide certification.

Attendance Policy for Program:Good attendance is expected of all tech
prep students!If you are absent, parents are to call our
office @ 732-671-0650 and give student’s name, class, and reason for absence.
Home schools do not pass on that information to us!
Students are responsible for any missed work
If a student has poor attendance, they may be asked to leave the program or not be recommended to return for level 2.

Teenagers and Work:Research studies
