Exhibitor Area/Isreali Pavilion Provisions

The Set up:We provide exhibition space with a 30" Round Cocktail height (42") table, linens, a tabletop sign of your logo, 4 amps of power and wireless internet access. The tabletop signs are printed on 11 x 17 foam-core and are placed on tabletop stands. We use your corporate logo in color, on a sign template consistent with our signage branding for the event. You should be prepared both with an EVDO card AND a canned presentation, in case of any issues with the network connection. You may bring additional table top graphics, standalone banners (not to exceed 2'w x 6'h) for standalone backdrop that measures the width of the table. Any special booth items must be pre-approved by TechCrunch. If items block your fellow exhibitors, you will be asked to move or remove them. Please be considerate of those around you! Send an e-mail to [email protected] should you have any questions. You may also bring marketing collateral/giveaways provided that they can be stored under your skirted table. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ONSITE STORAGE FOR COLLATERAL/GIVEAWAYS/EQUIPMENT CRATES & BOXES

For assistance call 800-955-5171 / email [email protected] Main SmartSource contact:Aaron ColeEmail: [email protected] You may order monitor/plasma rentals that fit in standard booth configurations; we do not suggest large monitors for those using stand-up cocktail table rounds as they are apt to topple.

Suggestions & Ideas: There are a number of ways to setup an exhibitor table to draw in attendees. The most important element is to be active and engaging with the crowd. We suggest you bring an active demo of your product that the audience can interact with. Often companies have one person standing at the table talking to attendees and running the demo, with another person drawing people to the table. You are welcome to bring custom booth materials and monitors to compliment or replace the set-up provided by TC DISRUPT. Free-standing vertical banners are allowed but must be placed behind your table or directly on the table- please be respectful of your neighbors. How can we call for a cab?

We are planning for cabs to stop by the venue at close of play each day

On Signage - We're prepping for Israeli Pavilion and were wondering what sort of signage will be provided by Disrupt. Do you have the dimensions or an idea of how big/prominent looking the signage will be? We're trying to determine if we need to create additional signage and bring it with us or if Disrupt's provided signage will be sufficient.

Each Exhibitor receives an 11" x 17" foamcore sign on a stand. It's pretty sizable and really does the trick, but you may bring additional signs. Some have opted for small easel signs behind the

table and some bring stand alone vertical banners (2x7 or 3x7). Please do NOT block your neighbors or restrict thruways. You will be asked to move materials or they will be removed from the area.
