Use Of Equity Investment Funds

• Recruitment and payroll of marketing and customer service personnel ($360,000 over 3 years)

• Brand building and marketing promotions ($690,000 over 3 years)

• Intellectual property protection ($225,000 over 3 years)

• Miscellaneous working capital ($225,000 over 3 years)

ISCA seeks a total of $1.5 million in equity funding, to be expensed over 3 years. Equity funds need not be deployed for R&D since ISCA’s R&D projects are largely funded by federal funds. Equity funds will be deployed for the following commercialization activities:
