Shavuot and Confirmation Service Saturday, May 23 7:00 pm at Franklin Federated Church 171 Main Street, Franklin

Join us as our 10th grader Confirmation students have a chance to lead services and be called to the Torah. This is an uplifting service that marks the anniversary of the giving of the 10 commandments to Moses and the Israelites at Mt. Sinai and celebrates the end of the grain harvest in Israel. As the Jewish people made a covenant with God on this day, so too, our young adults reaffirm their commitment to their Jewish heritage. Please join us for this special service and to honor the Confirmation students. As a community we send a hearty mazel tov to the following confirmation students: Eli Brooks, Audrey Bushey, Cameron Cawley, Avery Farley, Alyssa Greenblatt, Heather Keith, Eli O’Neill, Zeke O’Neill and Jessica Simms.
