• Working in a Team is very important. • O5en its not just what you know, but how well you work with your fellow professionals.
• People not use to Teamwork may need new skills so that they can work effecAvely in a team.

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with people
• Team skills to work as an effecAve team member.

Ways to improve ProducAvity of the Team in the Workplace • Employers may need to : -‐ to provide more effecAve technology. -‐ Provide more training -‐ Improve employee saAsfacAon -‐ provide flexible work arrangements -‐ beOer meet needs of customers -‐ inform employees of their policies & pracAces
Strategies to improve Team ProducAvity
• Employers should: – Allow employees to give feedback about policies in place.
– Ensure all employees have job specificaAons and know their responsibiliAes
– Ensure their is co operaAon of tasks and acknowledgment of this.
