During the training session in Barcelona, FAA and Edenic talked about a training session in Hameln. The training session in Hameln was started by Edenic initiated to teach a group of employees of the FAA Bildungsgesellschaft. These People work in a project of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research called “Berufseinstiegsbegleitung” http://www.bmbf.de/pub/berufseinstiegsbegleitung_die_moeglichma cher.pdf . They work with students aged 14 to 17 years on public schools. Their work is a mixture of social work, job advising und teaching. The topics of this training session: Teamviewer Google Docs an Google Drive Qualiboxx very useful for the work with their students. Warren de León and Marc Esplugues from Edenic first gave an overview of the possibilities of TeamViewer. Programs such as remote control and meeting were subsequently practiced with the participants in practical exercises. In the discussion it was discussed how you can use these programs for the benefit of young people. Particular attention is focused on increasing the opportunities on the labor market. The increased media literacy, young people gain a significant advantage over their peers, which cannot take advantage of these programs.

After the coffee break the seound lessons started with Google Docs and Google Drive. Again the focus was placed on the practical work with the students and how they could take an advantage, e.g. for applications.
During the exercises with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides , the participants were the opinion that these Programs can be very helpful in their work. So homework for school can be edited together and there is no need for the students to be at school or in the office of the Berufseinstiegsbegleiter.Applications can be corrected in the short term and all documents are always available.Another advantage is, that these programs are freeware and the students won’t have to buy expensive Office Programs.
After the Lunch break Christine Neumann from the FAA introduced the e-learning Platform Qualliboxx to the Spanish participants.
The Qualliboxx is used by the FAA similar to the edmondo system.Because the texts in the program were only available in German, practical exercises with the Spanish colleagues were not possible.
