implementation of them. :)

• Team Standards are those things that make as able to ensure that all of us are receiving the leadership development that they want to.

• They are simple things that can be implemented almost daily and show amazing results.

2)Through personal meetingsTeam Reminder of those things that are enclosed in the “Team” Team Standard

Plan Reminder of those things that are enclosed in the “Plan” Team Standard, as a result you will hopefully end up with members that are filling ownership of the goal- PDPs & CDPs are of great importance.

JD Review the JD of the MBs (“what’s done, not done, what’s missing”)

Training Sharing of any need or education that might is missing

Tracking & Coaching Check the TMP flow, Feedback (check the FeedbackSession)

Evaluation & Reflection Mainly checked in the mid-term and in the end of the @exp. - PDPs & CDPs are of great importance.
