more about her in this weeks edition. Coming in from a
tri virgin last season to setting pretty big goals for big and
longer races for this season. Brooke came in for free as a
Afganistan veteran last year. Helping out at Soldier ride
to bike marshall for kids at YTS, She is there.

This is a Team Psych “Must Do” race.
Great race, course and hospitality, all the goodies you would like. To register

I have just registered for the heartland Triathlon in Sebring. If you have not
done this race you are missing out on a triathlon gem. A dozen of us stormed
this great event last summer. This is a great race if you are a Tri Virgin. Sweet
lake swim, fast bike course and a run with folks cheering you. Great opportu-
nity to meet their guest pro featured every year. I got the two night package
with dinner with Macca, party Friday night, training session the following day.
The whole town
is out to cheer
you on to the
finish line.
