Team photos

Once upon a time.........I was submitting a resume for my husband to an HR firm because he wanted a new engineering role rather than

slogging in his current 80 hour week.

It was no problem that their website was in German and we are only learning

German…….It had been a link-through experience from an job aggregator site……..

”mmmm nice visuals” I thought..

´Twas a super fresh web site with the most applicant

friendly submittal method I had ever come across.

It was also fast, simple and worked first

time………”mmmm smart as well as efficiently Swiss” …I

was happy…..

But there was more……a sweet treat…..a bonus

in-depth Self Discovery questionnaire to appreciate

one´s own traits…….”mmmmm how thoughtful!”

I was impressed.

Knowing that there can be many managers in an HR firm I wondered, “Who is this man that

will phone my husband? What does he look like? Who works there?” And so I clicked on

“Unser Team”.

Sometimes you say WOW….. “What a great team photo”

……then I saw that there were 13 team photos,

I told my PC screen “ WOW Team is important to them …….

I want to work there!”

The funny ending is that I Google translated the phrase under each photo……..

“Teamwork wird bei uns gross geschrieben!”.

Laughing, I discovered…. “Teamwork is important to us! “….

Yes, I definitely want to be part of that team.

And so I just had to share this with someone……
