Team Leader: PC Development My client is currently circa 40 staff across the UK and international locations and they are expanding extensively into both of these markets due to increased demand and new client wins. They are now looking for someone to lead the PC development team. The role will take over a small existing team and grow the division to meet the increasing demand from their clients. They currently have over 100 live requirements with one client alone within the PC Development team. Therefore this role will be pivotal in ensuring that the team delivers and achieve growth quickly to meet the demand of this client and build on further new business.

Team Leader: PC Development

My client is currently circa 40 staff across the UK and international locations and they are expanding extensively into both of these markets due to increased demand and new client wins. They are now looking for someone to lead the PC development team.

The role will take over a small existing team and grow the division to meet the increasing demand from their clients. They currently have over 100 live requirements with one client alone within the PC Development team.

Therefore this role will be pivotal in ensuring that the team delivers and achieve growth quickly to meet the demand of this client and build on further new business.

Team Leader: PC Development

My client has become a leader within their market and have concentrated heavily on offering a truly unique service to build a very impressive client base and achieve 72% of these clients on a retained or campaign basis. Their offering impresses both candidates and clients alike and makes winning new clients much easier as there is an instant recognition of a much higher level of service than your regular recruitment company. You will also have access to a large resource pool that screen CVs for you to save you time and focus on speaking to suitable, relevant candidates rather than running through job boards all day. This has enabled them to make placements 1/3 faster than their competitors.

The average biller within the company bills circa £360,000 and their average fees range from £8,000 - £14,000. They have a well established career progression and development model that can see you progress to director level.

This role would suit someone who wants to work in a highly consultative manner in an environment with a strong creative and entrepreneurial focus.
