We chose to volunteer at Gifted Hands, a service organization which serves homeless mothers and children who are facing turmoil and vast uncertainties in their lives and families.

We cared for children while their mothers were given the opportunity to share some time together in an arts and crafts session.

Bess: I just fell in love with Anthony and he is just six months old!

June: I just wish I could take this one home with me!

Brandon: I'm going to see this guy on the basketball court someday!

Elaine: This makes me a little more anxious for one of my own!

We discovered these kids really have talent! They love to create.

David: I think I've got my hands full!

Samantha: It was love at first sight!

Samuel: I just met my new best friend!

We all agreed; these kids need
our love and we need them!
Spending time with these children and allowing their mothers to have some time of their own gave us a new perspective on how love can make
a big difference in the lives of those who need it the most.

Gifted Hands is an all-volunteer service organization. Any additional funding can be used for supplies and materials that bring recreation, creative energy, and hope to those in need.

We're not letting them go away.
