RACE KITCOLLECTION

To collect your Run Pack, you must bring the printout of your confirmation slip and your IC/ passport. You may appoint a representative to collect your race entry pack on your behalf. The representative must present the following:• Printout of your confirmation slip• Letter of authorization signed by you (it is at the bottom of your confirmation slip)• Representative’s IC / passport & Photocopy of your IC / passport

Appointed representative(s) may collect the Run Packs for all their fellow runners from the same registered company or organization including their own, should they be a registered runner.

Strictly no changes in T-shirt/ singlet sizes will be allowed

No late collection will be entertained

Run Packs not collected after the last collection date will be deemed as unwanted and the Organiser may dispose or re-distribute them accordingly

Companies are encouraged to wear their own running attire according to their corporate theme (if any).

However, runners will also be provided with an event T-shirt should they choose to wear it.

There are also contests for Best Dressed CEO (Men & Women), Best Dressed Individual (Men & Women) and Best Dressed Team. Criteria as follows:

Minimum Runners per corporation: Four (4)

Each team participating must have at least 1 female runner

Start time: 3:20 PM

Runners receive: Bib with integrated timing Device, Running Shirt, Finisher Medal & Finisher ‘E’ Certificate

Bonus Category: Bonus Category: Each runner will also run as a team for their corporation. The team with the lowest aggregated "net time" based on the top 3 runners (including at least 1 female runner) will be awarded with Winner Team Medals.

2.5km Corporate Relay


Pair 2

The first pair of runners MUST wear bib numbers 1-CR-1 & 1-CR-2, while the second pair of runners MUST wear bib numbers 1-CR-3 and 1-CR-4 in order to have correct timings & changeovers and for finisher medal collection.

Bibs are NOT attached to names, but only to TEAMS, so it does not matter who is wearing which bib within the team, as long as the team members start according to the colours & numbers

2.5km Corporate Relay - Route Map


First Aid Points

Start Time: 3:30pm

The team will run in pairs. Each pair runs 1 loop of 2.5km together bonded by holding a Relay Tie at each end and wearing one Lei per pair. (2 runners first loop, 2 runners second loop)

The first pair will flag-off at the Start line, while the second pair will standby at the Relay Exchange Zone.

The first pair must complete the first loop of 2.5km and then meet the second pair at the Relay Exchange Zone.

The first pair hands the Lei over the A-boards to the second pair at the Relay Exchange Zone. The second pair may now start to run the second loop of 2.5km to the Finish line.

Upon completing their run at the Relay Exchange Zone, the first pair can return to the Event venue.

The second pair will be given 4 medals upon finishing the run at the Finish line.

Any team which does not follow the Run or Relay mechanism correctly will be immediately disqualified.
