Building The Way
About the Program:“Building The way” is a unique Team building workshop designed specifically for Leaders of any organization. The program focuses on improving team bonding at senior positions while constantly working on the real need or challenges of the modern day leaders. The Program is a process of experiential learning, sharing and contemplating while enjoying through the journey of learning.
The activities and concepts of team building are put in right reference of leadership by understanding on the ground challenges of leaders and give them real time solutions to small and big problems.
The workshop will include Psychometric Assessment which is one of the Industry best. This Assessment will help participants understand why they fail to lead, why they face conflicts within the team, what are their individual strengths and weaknesses. The Psychometric Assessment is a real eye opener and gives excessive clarity about self and other in the team. It will help device methodologies of having greater synergies to achieve team goals.

Methodology:
The methodology to be adopted in the workshop includes interactive presentations, Group Exercises, Games, Role plays, & Experience sharing by participants.
Program Duration: 2 Day
Note: To get best results, we recommend the session to be followed by some breakthrough activities like the Fire Walk. We have provided a list of activities that we usually do in our sessions for team building.
