• Quality in education is a matter of accountability that governments should mandate, accreditation agencies require, the general public expects, and faculty members need to support their teaching • Jung (2011) states, “the quality of e-learning is not
something that can be delivered to the learner but is something that is co-developed by the learner and the provider during the teaching and learning processes”. Quality is about reliability, consistency, relevance, presence, usefulness, longevity, accessibility, and effectiveness.
