My Lovely Family

I am glad that my family is still living in the same country, the same province,

the same city, and the same house. I don’t need to wait a gazillion days to meet

my parents. I just need to wait a few hours after my school time and poof! My

parents are here. Sure my mom likes to pop my pimpies, and my dad likes to

disturbe me with obvious question while I’m improving or making something.

But I’m sure that I’ll miss my parents one day.

The weird things about my family is that none of us has the term “normal”, sure

they look very mature and grown... But no! And also, apparently my dad only

yells at any of us if my mom is also yelling at one of us.

It’s always hard to start

first day after long holiday,

but the school must go on.

New year, new semester, new

lesson or may be some new

friends. The thing students really

miss is that they can meet

their friends, teachers, and

learn together with them. We

welcome all students to come

back to school; PG-Kiddy, SD

and SMP. We tell them that

the holiday is over and it’s

time to have lesson and start

doing best for 2nd semester. Be-

side preparing all teaching ad-

ministrative stuffs and some me-

dia, we also have some new

interesting events, such as grand

assembly, exhibition, khatamul

Qur’an and many more. There is

always somethings challenging

as there are more upcoming

projects and events. We hope

2nd semester will be better than

the 1st one. Students still feel

the same way; still happy, en-

joying all activities, curious to

know every things. They are still

innocent eventhough sometimes

naughty. 2nd semester should be

more effective, innovative, and

creative, so that students will feel

more enjoyable than what they

felt before, and teachers of each

level should afford much to give

their best and bring students to

achieve their best.

Grade 9 Fun Learning

With Kahoot!

Kahoot! is a game-based

learning platform. All of stu-

dents of junior high school

often use Kahoot! in learning

process with the teacher gui-

dance. This game is used as

trigger or evaluation in learn-

ing process. Learning with Ka-

hoot! is very nice. Students are

really fun and don’t feel like

studying. They feel like playing

game besides studying.

Grade 8 Arabic Practice

This is one of Arabic lesson

activities and the topic is about

"professions". Every students

should have a partner and

memorize all the conversation

text before practicing in front

of class. Voice and body lan-

guage are the important as-

pects to get nice performan-

ce so they drilled themselves.

Some were really good, but

some were not. But the most

important thing is they learned

much.

Grade 7 Mural Project

Last week, we started to

do a mural project on the wall.

This project is conducted in

art lesson. We already created

the scetch of some pictures

and Mrs. Endy chose the best

picture. The great designer

were Fahrelza and Alya. They

made some pictures and the

themes were: drugs, Pancasi-

la, and about green. To start

the mural, we draw with a

pencil and we paint it.

Grade 6 Vertical Garden

GE of Grade 6 is making

vertical garden by using and

embellish the limited land. It is

made by using used bottles,

wire, and plants. Vertical gar-

den is located at staircase,

gate, and wall behind the can-

teen. Every student has duty

to look after the garden by

watering and replacing the

withered plants.

Grade 5 Eco Garden

GE of Grade 5 is Eco Gar-

den. Before making new gar-

den, we clean the garden and

harvest sorghums. After that,

we spread the seeds of cucum-

ber and okra as the new plant

of our garden. Every day, stu-

dents take care of the plant by

pulling the grass and water it.

Hopefully, the plant will grow

fertile so we can sell them.

Grade 4 Recycled Paper

In our mills making 100%

recycled paper, no trees are

used. Instead, we make our

pulp by mixing the paper we

recycle at home and work with

water. Like an extremely large

blender, rotating fins in the

pulper reduce the paper to in-

dividual fibers, producing paper

slurry. Then, that paper pulp is

washed and refined. Students

are happy and it is their daily

morning activity.

Grade 3 The Mushroom Harvest

Alhamdulillah, the weather

today is rainy day. It makes

the moist temperature. It’s a

perfect temperature for mush-

room to grow. Why? Actually,

the mushroom will grow in the

moist temperature. It will grow

well and in big shape. Every

morning, some students take a

lot of mushroom and sell them

to teachers and parents.

Grade 2 Our New Plants

In the 2nd semester we

have new plantations. There

are cassavas and tomatoes.

We had started in this week.

Before putting seeds, we

choose the soil, get it ferti-

lized, and the last is plant

seeds. Although today is rainy

season, we are excited when

GE time and we hope our new

plants will grow up fast.

Grade 1 Our Cute Chickens

We are happy for having

new chickens in our GE, they

are so cute. Every day in the

morning, we feed them and

give vitamin. We also clean

the chicken coop regularly so

that they can grow well. We

love taking care of them.

Now, they are one month old.

Hopefully, they will grow fast

and stay healthy.

Kiddy B Membatik

Teknik Jumputan

Pekan ini kami membuat

batik di tisu dengan meng-

gunakan teknik jumputan. Per-

tama-tama, kami menggulung

tisu dan mengikatnya dengan

karet menjadi 3 bagian. Lalu,

kami beri warna mengguna-

kan kuas dan juga cat air.

Kemudian dijemur sampai ke-

ring. Alhamdulillah, jadi deh

batik jumputan indah ala kami!

Kiddy A Counting Down to FTTZ

Bulan ini kami sangat sibuk

mempersiapkan kegiatan besar

kami, yaitu Grand Assembly

Kiddy A yang berjudul “Drama-

tic Play Fun Trip To The Zoo”.

Kami membuat undangan,

membuat craft yang lucu, lati-

han menari juga menyanyi,

karena kami akan memper-

sembahkan penampilan terbaik

di hadapan orang tua kami

saat kegiatan ini.

PG Show And Tell

About Our Pets

Selama minggu ini kegiatan

kami adalah show and tell yang

bertujuan melatih public speak-

ing kami. Diantara kami, ada

yang membawa: ikan, kura-

kura, dan burung. Selain men-

dengarkan teman-teman yang

bercerita, ibu guru juga mem-

berikan wawasan tentang he-

wan yang sedang kami bahas

pada saat itu melalui gambar

dan video. Seru!
