The Accreditation/HQT/School Improvement Application is a fantastic
resource to the district HR Department! In this application, you will find the
following teacher data:
Areas of certification
Grade levels authorized to teach
Certificate effective/expiration dates
Degree level
National Board Certification information (if applicable)
And ALL TEACHING HISTORY!!!
Site/District level personnel data can be found in both the
Accreditation/HQT/School Improvement and School Personnel Reports
applications.
State level personnel data can be found on the OSDE website!

How to navigate?
Log into your Single Sign-On account.
Click to open the “Accreditation/HQT/School Improvement” Application.

Click the “Educator Search” tab.

Enter either SSN OR Teacher Number AND Last Name.

Once inside the HQT system, you will utilize 2 of the tabs below:

Personnel Data
Let’s Take A Look!
On the Teacher Assignments/Certification Areas tab, you will find:
Certification Information – Certification areas, grade level(s)
qualified to teach, as well as certificate effective/expiration
dates.
Have your Principals look here when interviewing!
Let’s Take A Look!
Degree Information – College(s) of record and degree(s) on file.
(Will have multiple entries if multiple degrees have been
submitted/documented.)
Let’s Take A Look! NBCT Information – If teacher holds a National Board Certificate, that data
will be found here.
Let’s Take A Look! On the Personnel Data tab, you will find:
Current Year Data – This pulls from the current/active personnel report.
This data is considered “preliminary” until after final personnel reports
are received in July.

Total Experience – Experience is calculated to determine step placement.
In-State History Data – This lists all Oklahoma public school teaching
experience. This list is built from previous personnel reports.

Out-of-State/Country, Military, Private School, College, Substitute
Data – This section will show any additional experience verified by
School Personnel Records.

Teachers can now access their records as well!
Log into Single Sign-On (link can be found on SDE homepage).
Click to open Oklahoma Educator Credentialing System application.
Click View Your Credentials Here to open certification records.

Click SPR, in menu to the left, to access service record.

Please have all teachers verify record for accuracy.

Print Verification of Teaching Experience on Letterhead!
Accreditation/HQT Reports
There are a couple helpful “personnel” related reports in the HQT Application as well.
They are found under the “Reports” tab.

Certified Teacher Report This report will show all certified staff and all certification areas for each.
This is a great site-level report!

Teacher List
Alpha order list of all certified teachers with site codes.
Request “Excel” output for sorting and easy site rosters!
Site/District Level Personnel Data
How to navigate?
Log into your Single Sign-On account.
Click to open the “School Personnel Report” Application (select by year).
Certificate Renewals
Certified Expiring Report This report is found in SPR under the “Reports” tab – Edit Check Reports
section.
Certificate Renewals This process should begin each spring and continue until all have renewed.
Unlike the previous report found in the Accreditation Application, this will
include ALL certified staff members.
As teachers renew, they will drop from the list.
A renewed certificate must be on file before teacher can report to work.
Export this report into Excel for a quick email notification list!

Cross-check with payroll each year!
