•  Contest/ promotion open only for entries received between March 19-22, 2016. Thereafter,Yum Restaurant India Pvt. Ltd./KFC will not be legally obligated to honor the entries for theirparticipation in the contest/ promotion.

•  The winners will be decided by Yum! Restaurants India Pvt. Ltd./KFC team and their decisionwill be final. By participating in the contest/ promotion, it is deemed that the participant(s) haveagreed to all the terms & conditions mentioned herein.

•  The contest open only for Indian citizens who are residing in India.

•  Yum! Restaurants Pvt. Ltd./KFC shall, under no circumstance, redeem the prize won throughthe website for cash or exchange it with any other product.

•  Yum! Restaurants Pvt. Ltd./KFC reserves the right to change/modify/amend the terms andconditions of the promotion/ contest at any time at its sole discretion.

• If a participant(s) is dissatisfied with the promotion/ contest or the promotion terms, his/hersole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Promotion/ contest.

•  In case the participant wins KFC voucher through the above participation in the contest/promotion on the website, then each such voucher can be redeemed only once. Oncepresented, the voucher shall expire & cannot be reused.

•  It is mandatory to present the voucher before placing the order by producing voucher for itsredemption.
