The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend for the year 2017-18@25%( Re.0.50 Per share of face value of Rs.2.-each),for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, in addition to the interim dividends aggregating to 100% i.eRs.2.00 per equity share of face value of Rs2.00 each, declared during the financial year 2017-18.
