BACKGROUND AND ORGANIZ ATION

TEST Consultants, Inc. (TCI) was established in 1968 by a grou o! ro!essors !ro" theCollege o! Engineering, #ni$ersity o! the %hiliines. It was !or"erly &nown as Technics,

E$aluation, Si"ulation, and Testing Incororated (T.E.S.T. Incororated). Initially

organi'ed to ro$ide "ainly testing and e$aluation ser$ices, the co"any was

trans!or"ed into an engineering consulting !ir" in 19 together with the change into its

resent na"e.
