In more cases, in-stock products will ship out the same or next day once an order is placed. FABRICATION SHOP Custom and standard metal hose assemblies are all U.S.A. fabricated in-house and meet the Buy American Act. We can also fabricate a complete domestic product if required. WELD SHOP We have factory trained and ASME certified welders working in two shifts, resulting in the continuous fabrication of custom and stock assemblies. TESTING SHOP All of our fabricated products are leak tested in the factory so you can install them with 100% confidence. All of our representatives are experienced & trained in technical & applications of metal hose & expansion joints • We work with diverse customer markets including Commercial HVAC, Industrial, Cryogenic, Wholesalers, Gen-Set Exhaust, OEM and LP Gas CERTIFICATIONS USA & CANADA SUMMARY FACTORY OVERVIEW • UL® Classified for Water Quality Assemblies built in accordance with NSF/ANSI 61 & NSF/ANSI 372 standards • UL® Listed for Fire Sprinkler Systems V & U Assemblies used in sprinkler systems; in accordance with NFPA 13 • CRN (Canadian Registration Number) Manitoba, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Québec, & Saskatchewan; safety standards approved by TSSA CLEAN ROOM Our in-house clean room removes all oil and debris from assemblies. This process is commonly used for oxygen service, but can also be used for custom applications. Our sanitary assemblies are cleaned, capped, bagged and shipped, ready for installation. • Our stock assemblies are fabricated using standard materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and bronze. We offer custom assembly fabrication, which can include exotic alloys such as Hastelloy™, Monel™, and Inconel™.
