We studied successful private and hybrid cloud projects to help answer important questions about what drives successful hybrid IaaS project outcomes. Is operational maturity required before a cloud project?

Are certain types of POC better than others? Are there key things to do during the project? Certain use cases or solution features that drive better results? What are common results? Project pitfalls to avoid?

With hard data about more than 140 deployments, we analyzed and identified things that are linked to project success. We identified top performers and what they did that enabled outcomes that were better than other IT organizations.

Attend this session to cut through the clutter and improve your chances of cloud project success. This isn't a marketing gimmick or sales pitch. This is unbiased research based on rigorous analysis of hard data from a broad range of companies like yours.to the space allowed.
