TOWN CENTER

January, the month you reflect

on the year that just ended.

Once that’s all done we look

forward to the New Year

that’s about to start. It’s a

new chapter, so what will you

write for the next chapter of

your life? Remember, it’s

entirely up to you. Let’s make

sure it’s a great chapter. To get started explore the offerings of

excursions, activities and events just around the corner. Always

decisions, decisions to make so don’t be afraid to get out there and

make some friends, we were not made to be inside all day

especially with our eternally sunny weather living so close to the

beach and Dana Point Harbor. Enjoy a walk, lunch and shopping at

the harbor or experience a concert. Orange County is a beautiful

place, and there are so many things to see. The New Year is like a

blank notebook. You get to write anything you want in it.

The countdown has begun....

Ring in the New Year! Was "getting healthier" on your list of

resolutions for 2019? You might want to

think about "achieving wellness" for the

New Year. In addition to physical

health, wellness includes a variety of

social, emotional spiritual,

environmental, and intellectual

dimensions that can enhance the overall

quality of life. Wellness also involves

taking responsibility for doing what's

necessary to feel and live better.

Ask yourself these questions:

-Do you engage in some sort of physical

activity on a daily basis?

-Do you volunteer in any way?

-What helps you feel better when you

are feeling sad?

-Are your spiritual needs currently being

met?

-What's your favorite type of intellectual

stimulation?

Path to Well-Being

How was your holiday? Any resolutions for the coming year? Valkor and

Mrs. Regan enjoyed the Annual Sea Bluffs Holiday Party and even received

a visit from Mrs. Claus and her Elf. The holiday duo was out and about at

the party wishing everyone lots of holiday cheer and a Happy New Year.

As you entered Town Center you were serenaded by the Dickens Carolers,

offered a glass of champagne and a variety of appetizers to start your

holiday season and your evening off just right. A lavish buffet was set up

in the dining room with several choices of entrees to pick from. Needed a

little something sweet? The dessert bar was fabulous as always and is

never missed by anyone. It was a very memorable evening enjoyed by us

all with our family, friends and guests. From all of us here at Sea Bluffs, we

wish each of you a very Happy 2019 New Year!

Thriving
