GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTRACT RECRUITMENT SERVICES

1. NOTIFICATION OF VACANCIES:- All Vacancies / Openings whichever arises shall be

notified to NI Consulting Services (! "td# b$ wa$ of e-%ail&

2. SOURCING / COORDINATION AND CORRESPONDANCE WITH CANDIDATE:

It is the sole responsibilit$ of NI Consulting Services (! "td to

source the candidate as per the specifications provided b$ $ou through $our %ail& NI Consulting

Services (! "tdwill ta'e the responsibilit$ to get involved right fro% coordinating the

interviews of the candidate till the date of oining of the short listed candidate&

All correspondence with the candidate %ust be routed through NI Consulting Services (! "td

till the date of oining of the candidate into $our organi)ation& *his is with the %otive to avoid

%isco%%unication at an$ level&

NICS does not provide an$ bac'ground chec' facilities and these

would need to be done separatel$ b$ the hiring organi)ation&

3. VALIDITY OF PROFILES: - An$ profile / candidate sent b$ us if in an$ case doesn+t be-

fit the position offered and thus gets reected# the resu%e of that candidate should be returned

to NI Consulting Services (! "td and if the candidate is found to be potential and short

listed for future assign%ents if an$# the resu%e will carr$ a validit$ period of one $ear and in

the event of this candidate being offered an e%plo$%ent in $our estee%ed concern NI

Consulting Services (! "td shall raise an invoice and is entitled for rofessional Service

Charges at rates ,uoted below and agreed upon&

4. CONFIDENTIALITY / DISPUTE :- NI Consulting Services (! "tdunderta'es andco%%its to %aintain ut%ost confidentialit$ about the infor%ation provided and epects the

sa%e fro% $our end& An$ dispute arising out of this agree%ent# onl$ the courts eercising

urisdiction and situated in Chennai alone shall be resorted to&

5. VALIDITY OF CONTRACT:- *his contract is valid for a period of one $ear# fro% this da$

*uesda$ .thaugust 01.2 to .thaugust 01.3

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CHARGES:

Condition 1 -

WITHOUT REPLACEMENT :-

*he a%ount should be paid onl$ if the candidate gets selected and oins the

co%pan$& *he candidate is neither replaced nor is co%pan$ liable to pa$ bac' the a%ount in case

the candidate leaves the co%pan$& *he pa$%ent should be %ade on the date of oining of offered candidate&

Offered / oining candidate will be not pouched for other obs for 4 %onths fro%NICS

Condition 2WITH REPLACEMENT :-

If the candidate placed b$ us leaves the organi)ation within three %onths fro% the date of

oining on his own# NI Consulting Services (! "td shall provide a replace%ent without

charging the rofessional Service charges& *his free replace%ent will not be applicable if the candidate is ter%inated b$ $our

organi)ation& Incase the replace%ent cannot be provided the a%ount received as 5ecruit%ent Charges

would be refunded
