On the final day of Techno Brain’s 3 Annual Business Conference, 2010, Chairman, Mr.

Techno Brain, India initiates CMMI Implementation Process

Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI-DEV)

Implementation process has been initiated at Techno Brain, India

in December, 2010. Concept QA Labs (CQAL), a partner of Software

Engineering Institute (SEI) for performing CMMI appraisal and for

introducing CMMI training programs, will provide initial training

on CMMI process & assist Techno Brain in CMMI implementation.

Techno Brain, Malawi achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Techno Brain introduces a new Service Specific Go-to-MarketStrategy

Techno Brain introduced a new Go-to-Market strategy to address

the global market and drive business. As part of this strategy five

different practices have been identified which will be led by

practice specific heads. Nandan – Identity Management Services,

Joel Gachomo & Saj Abraham – Enterprise Business Practice,

Rajeev – IT Consulting & Business Automation Services, Alfred

Mugo – IT Infrastructure Solutions and Shashi – BI/DW Practice.

Techno Brain Malawi achieved ISO 9001: 2008 Certification. The

certification process was initiated by on December 1, 2010. Techno

Brain, Malawi’s Process Compliance, Information Security System,

Helpdesk Management, IT System Integration Consultancy, HR,

Project Management and Custom Development system were

audited for the ISO 9001:2008 certification by NEMKO, auditing

firm from Norway. The ISO 9001: 2008 certification of Techno

Brain, Malawi will be effective from March 31, 2011.

Techno Brain conducted a full day event on MEsure, InspireHRM

and IFMS (Serenic) products at Christian Relief Development

Association (CRDA), Ethiopia. About 40 participants from NFP,

NGO and Private sectors participated in this event. The event

helped as a training session on InspireHRM, MEsure & IFMS

products to all the newly joined employees of Techno Brain.

Techno Brain celebrated its 3rd Annual Business Conference from

16th to 18th December, 2010, at Naivasha, Kenya. Over 100 Techno

Brain employees from all the locations participated in this three-

day annual business conference. Day 1 & Day 2 had sessions on

2010 performance review and plan for 2011 by department

specific heads followed by What’s New in Techno Brain and ended

with demos on InspireHRM, MEsure and SecuRegister. On the final

day of ABC 2010, performance awards for 2010 to Techno Brain

employees on various categories were presented by Chairman Mr.

Mahesh Patel.
