!  Travellers whose departure itinerary is finalized may use The Phoenix Downtown . If you have departed without picking up purchased products, you may receive them after entering your country by filing a separate post.

!  Duty free products may be purchased up to six hours prior to your departure.

!  At the duty free shop, you can purchase from 30 days prior to your departure date

!  Duty Free is open 365 days a year

!  Georgian departing to overseas are allowed to purchase duty-free items up to US$3,000.

!  Duty free limit on items brought in by foreign travellers or overseas residents is US$600.

!  If you departed without picking up purchased products, you may receive them after entering your country by filing a separate post.

Custom and Customer Service !  If you do not clear customs, surcharge in addition to taxes may be levied on uncleared

items. If you do not clear customs intentionally or clear customs fraudulently, you may be liable to punishment according to the Customs Act.

!  Duty free products purchased at The Phoenix Duty Free may be exchanged or refunded only when an exchange or a refund is requested through international mail from overseas or the products are placed in the custody of customs upon arrival. "(However, if the total price of products is less than US$400, international mail or custody by customs is not required for exchange/refund.)

!  Your payment will be refunded if a product you want to exchange is not available by your date of departure.

!  If your date of departure is changed, please notify The Phoenix Duty Free Customer Service (+8-2-0000-6000).

!  If your departure is cancelled, please notify Customer Service. In order to cancel your order, please visit the store as soon as possible.

Purchasing and Discount

!  When purchasing a product at a store, 5% discount (cosmetics and Georgian local products) for Regular Members,

!  5~10% discount for Silver Members, and 5~15% discount for Gold Members are provided.

!  During a regular sale period, an additional 5% discount on items on sale with discounts of less than 30% is offered at both online and offline stores. (Discount not applicable to some brands.)

!  Exchange or refund is possible only when an exchange or a refund is requested through international mail from overseas or the product is placed in the custody of customs upon arrival.

Internet Store and Payment

!  Foreign nationals can shop at The Phoenix Duty Free Internet Store.

!  However, only foreign nationals who can make financial transactions in Georgia

!  such as payment with a Georgian credit card or a real-time money transfer may shop at the Internet store. 

!  Foreign nationals who have difficulty with financial transactions in Georgia are advised to visit offline stores,

!  including the Tbilisi Store and Batumi Store to experience pleasant and convenient shopping.

!  You can pay with a credit card, cash or traveler's check (US).

!  In order to shop at a duty-free shop, a traveler who will be departing Georgia needs to bring his/her passport.

!  You can pick up purchased items at a pick-up point on the day of departure.

Pick Up Points

!   You can pick up on the day of departure by showing your exchange ticket, passport and boarding pass at the designated Phoenix Duty Free pick-up point after the immigrations at your place of departure (airport or port).

!   Pick-up points at each place of departure are described in detail.

!   Duty free products may be purchased up to six hours prior to departure.

!   Cannot be picked up at the time of arrival . Products you purchased at a duty free shop may be picked up within the prescribed bonded area (at airport and port) only.

!   Last Government Act with Duty Free Regulation in Georgia is number 96 dated March 30,2010

!   Territory of downtown store is Custom Territory and all terms for custom bonded warehouse will be complete for store location also

!   For improvement of service of guests and tourists of Georgia the Ministry of Finance of Georgia allowed use downtown shop for all residents and nonresidents of Georgia leaving the country next 72 hours with receiving the bought goods in customs control zones in places of crossing of border ( airports m sea ports or BCP ).
