TAYLOR SWIFT

Taylor Swift is an amazing artist and singer who has done great things in and outside of the recording studio.

She has written and performed chart topping hits and albums, won many awards for her songs, albums, and videos, and has been loyal to all her fans in many different ways.

Taylor’s first hit song was Tim McGraw, which came out in the summer of 2006 and quickly began topping the music charts. The video for the song came out in July of that year, which later won her the 2007 CMT Breakout Video of the Year award.

Taylor’s debut album was self titled, and released in October of 2006. It had many of her best songs on it, including “Tim McGraw,” “Our Song,” “Picture To Burn,” “Teardrops on My Guitar,” and “Should’ve Said No.”

Taylor’s second album, Fearless, had many of her biggest hits on it, including “Love Story,” “White Horse,” “You Belong With Me,” “Fifteen,” and “Fearless.” Most of these songs and their music videos had been nominated for and won many awards, and the album itself won many awards such as the a Grammy for Album of the Year.

Since Fearless did so well on the chart, it was re-released on October 26th as Fearless: Platinum Edition, and included 6 new songs and a DVD with some of her music videos and special behind the scene’s footage from those videos and some of her concerts. It even had the video she and T-Pain did at the 2009 CMT Music Awards, in which Taylor had rapped with him a blooper of her song “Love Story,” which they made “Thug Story.”

Taylor’s new album Speak Now came out October 25th, 2010 and has many of her new songs on it, like the new hit “Mine.”

Mine came out on August 4th, 2010, which was two weeks ahead of schedule because it ad gotten leaked online. The video, which many consider to be her most grown up video ever, premiered August 27th, 2010 on CMT.

Taylor has won man awards, and she always has a speech to thanks her family, friends, fans, and anyone else who helped make the song possible, but at the 2009 VMA’s, Taylor had just won an award and began to make her speech when Kanye West interrupted her, saying Rihanna, who had also been nominated for the song, should have won the award. Taylor was speechless and did not get to finish her speech at the time, although she did later that night.

Kanye later apologized, but fans still seem to hold a grudge with him for being so mean.

Taylor Swift is not the kind of celebrity that gives nothing back though, she has donated a lot of money to many different charity’s

An example is that in 2008, when Iowa had a major flood down near Cedar Rapids, Taylor decided to donate $100,000 to Red Cross to help all the people who were effected by the flood.

Taylor Swift is an amazing role model for kids of all ages. She has taught me as a person to believe that love will come and go, and that fearless does not mean to have no fears at all, but to have fears and be able to get past them. I believe Taylor will keep spreading her story until the day she dies, and that her music will live on forever.
