TAX REFUND Revenue America News Release: January 02, 2010. • As part of the 825 Billion Dollar economic stimulus bill that President Obama instituted for the year 2009, The United States Treasury Department and I.R.S. have been instructed to give a tax credit to all American taxpayers before the April 15 th tax filing deadline!
