are high-risk (STS ≥ 6%) or 25 AVR per year or 50 AVR in 2 years (at least 20 in the last year before initiating TAVR)

• Comprehensive prospective observational database (7-page).
• FU includes 30-days, 1-year (incl. QOL measures).
