of Queensland Heritage.
The high walls, stretching two levels up to the hand-painted gold ceiling details, present amazing

AccommodationTattersall’s Club has 18 elegant accommodation suites, including two luxurious spa suites, with
striking city views. Couples will enjoy one night’s complimentary accommodation as newlyweds
and another on their first anniversary.Accommodation is also available to the bridal party and wedding guests from $215 per room per night. All accommodation guests enjoy a complimentary
breakfast each morning in the Healy Room during their stay.
ParkingTattersall’s Wedding guests receive discounted
parking rates at Queen’s Plaza and Wintergarden. Guests are invited to validate their parking ticket at Concierge for a reduced daily rate of $23 for under
six hours, $25 for over six hours, or $14 after 1.30pm week days and on weekends.
The discounted parking offer is subject to the Secure Parking terms and conditions. Contact Secure Parking for specific terms and conditions and
after-hours access information. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.

Tattersall’s WeddingsTerms & Conditions
Confirmation and Deposit• Tentative bookings will be held for fourteen (14) days after the original reservation request. Should a
challenge occur, you will be notified in writing.
• You will be required to advise confirmation or release of venue within forty eight (48) hours of the challenge occurring.
• Confirmation of this booking is required in writing, with the initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000. This confirmation must be received within fourteen (14) days of the original reservation. If this confirmation and deposit is not received within the specified time, Tattersall’s Club reserves the right to cancel the booking and reallocate the venue.
• Tattersall’s Club Members can have the deposit charged to their accounts (subject to provision of credit card details).
• Non-Members are required to provide credit card details upon confirmation of a wedding.
• Wedding charges do not attract loyalty points for Non-Member and Corporate Accounts.
• Wedding Ceremony Packages will only be sold separately, subject to a minimum spend.
Guaranteed Numbers and Catering Orders• Catering orders must be confirmed no later than fourteen (14) working days prior to the wedding.
Every effort will be made to accommodate changes after this date if required, but may not be guaranteed in every occurrence.
• Final minimum numbers and any special dietary requirements are required eight (8) full working days prior to the wedding and this will be the minimum number of guests charged to your billing account.
• Increases can be submitted up to three (3) working days prior to the wedding.
• Prices and selections valid to 30 June 2021. Menus, items and prices may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Service/Supplier meals are available from $35 per person for a main course.
Payment• 25% of the agreed total contracted wedding package amount is required eight (8) months prior to
the wedding. An invoice will be issued for payment.
• 75% of the agreed total contracted wedding package amount is required four (4) months prior to the wedding. An invoice will be issued for payment.
• Full payment of the account balance is required fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding. Any costs incurred in addition, after the balance invoice has been issued, will be invoiced the next working day after the wedding.
• Tattersall’s Club has the right to cancel the wedding if the payments are not received by the required due dates.
Cancellation• Cancellations and/or wedding changes must be advised in writing.
• Whether you are a Member or Non- Member, cancellation after confirmation and deposit has been received will be subject to the following cancellation fees and charges.
» In the event of a wedding being cancelled more than eight (8) months prior to the confirmed wedding date, the deposit of $1000 will be forfeited.
» In the event of a wedding being cancelled within eight (8) months to four (4) months prior to the confirmed wedding date, the deposit of $1000 will be forfeited and 25% of the agreed contracted wedding package is charged.
» In the event of a wedding being cancelled within four (4) months to fourteen (14) days prior to the confirmed wedding date, the deposit of $1000 will be forfeited and 75% of the agreed contracted wedding package is charged.
» In the event of a wedding being cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed wedding date, 100% of the agreed contracted wedding package is charged.
Postponement• Please note that any confirmed wedding postponed more than eight (8) months prior to the
confirmed wedding date will avoid penalties, provided the revised date is confirmed within fourteen (14) days of the postponement date. The deposit will be transferred and a new wedding contract will be issued.
• In the event of the postponement of a wedding between eight (8) months to four (4) months prior to the confirmed wedding date, the deposit of $1000 will be forfeited. A new deposit of $1000 will be required. The revised date must be confirmed within fourteen (14) days of the postponement date. A new wedding contract will be issued.
• In the event of the postponement of a wedding within four (4) months of the confirmed wedding date, the deposit of $1000 will be forfeited and 50% of the agreed contracted wedding package is charged. A new deposit of $1000 will be required. The revised date must be confirmed within fourteen (14) days of the postponement date. A new wedding contract will be issued.
• If the revised date is cancelled, standard cancellation fees, as listed above, will apply.
• The new wedding date must be within one (1) year of the original wedding date.
Conditions of Reception Room Hire• Complimentary reception room hire applies when the final guest number exceeds 80.
• A $1,000 surcharge applies when final guest numbers are less than 80.
• A minimum of 60 guests (not including children) is required to book the Members’ Bar or Members’ Dining Room in order to reach required minimum spend.
• Reception room hire for the contracted space is a maximum of 6 hours starting from guest arrival. An extension fee of $500 for an additional hour will apply. An extension must be notified prior to the wedding day. This cannot be extended on the night of the wedding.
• The Members’ Bar is only available on Saturday and Sundays.

• Healy Room is available on Sundays only between one pm (1300) and eleven-thirty pm (2330).
• Any booking is made on the understanding that, while you will be granted exclusive use of the Event Room for the time specified, it is within Tattersall’s Club as a whole and as such there may be other events present in other parts of the building.
• No exclusive use can be granted of any public area outside the confines of the event room, including the toilets.
• Where exclusive use of the venue is required a minimum spend will apply depending on the date and size of the function.
• The Grand Ballroom Exclusive Wedding Package at $115 per person is subject to the following;
» The Package is only valid for guest numbers of 60 or over.
» It is available Monday through to Sunday.
» It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
» The Package includes; 4 gourmet canapés (per person), alternate serve main course, wedding cake (provided by the client) served with berry coulis and cream, freshly brewed coffee and tea, four (4) hour Beverage Package 1.
» This Package does not include Tattersall’s wedding menus or place cards, menu tasting for the couple, complimentary accommodation room for the night of their wedding and first year anniversary.
Surcharges• A 25% surcharge applies to all weddings held on Public Holidays.
• Please note all credit card payments will incur a surcharge.
» AMEX and Diners 3% and Mastercard and Visa 1%, of the total charge.
Changes of Circumstance• Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that your wedding will proceed on the
date you have selected, we reserve the right to cancel your wedding due to a change in circumstances/unforeseen Act of God which may be within or outside our control.
• You will be notified as soon as we become aware of any changes.
• Your damages in respect to any cancellation of your wedding are limited to the amount paid and you have no further claim against Tattersall’s Club in respect to this agreement.
Responsibilities and Damage• The Client will be responsible for the loss or destruction of, or any damage to, any Tattersall’s
Club property or for any claim for any loss, damage or injury however caused by the Client or its employees, agents, contractors or guests.
• Every due care is taken however, Tattersall’s Club cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
• No dangerous goods are to be brought to the Club.
• No items are to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to walls, doors or other surfaces at Tattersall’s Club.
• The use of table sprinkles and confetti for weddings may incur a cleaning charge.
• The use of helium balloons, rice and indoor fireworks is subject to prior approval.
• The use of candelabras, which cause excessive mess from dripping wax, should be managed to limit damage to linen or mirrored bases and may incur a cleaning charge.
• The wedding shall commence and conclude at the agreed times, and guests and attendees shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner in full compliance with Tattersall’s management directions.
• Due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to guarantee the supply of listed food and beverages. Suitable substitutes may be provided with the Client’s approval if time permits.
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Liquor Licensing Restrictions• Tattersall’s Club adheres to the laws regarding responsible service of alcohol. Alcoholic beverages
service will be denied to any person deemed to be underage, or unable to substantiate their age, displaying disorderly behaviour or who is unduly intoxicated.
• The Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Tattersall’s Club liquor license, current details of which can be provided upon request.
• Hours of service to commence ten am (10:00) until twelve (12:00) midnight. Last beverages to be announced at eleven thirty pm (23.30). Exceptions include Easter, ANZAC Day and Christmas Day.
Staff • There are no surcharges for supervisor, floor staff or bar staff for your event. Services not included in
our packages will require a staff charge to cover labour.
Storage Room• The storage of materials or items for the wedding is subject to the availability of a room and must be
requested in advance. A room hire charge will apply. Tattersall’s Club will take all the necessary care but accepts no responsibilities for the loss or damage to merchandise left in Tattersall’s Club prior, during or after the wedding. All items must be removed immediately following each event. All items, not collected, will be disposed of within thirty (30) days of the wedding concluding.
Smoke Free Clause• Tattersall’s Club is a “non smoking” venue.
Dress Requirements• Gentlemen are required to wear minimum long sleeve collared shirt and trousers, ladies should be of
suitable equivalent attire.
• Along with the exclusion of denim, jeans, shorts and sneakers.
• The bride and groom are responsible for ensuring that all their guests are dressed as per the Club’s regulation and policy. The guests will not be accepted into the Club if they do not adhere to the above dress requirements.
