announcing criteria for short listing. (Purpose to reduce

crowd). But no effect on crowd, standing firm on place.

Around 5-10 resume short listed for each category. ie 150 short listed out

of 3500 resume

Moral:

Do better at present work. Try to utilize every opportunity at best you can. Don’t depend on others for…….else situation is in front of you.
