Remain outside the barricade as for as possible. Entre the barricade only to monitor gauge readings and leak checking on the mechanical connection after the test pressure achieved and stabilized.

Ensure correct PSV installed and calibration certificates available.

If you find PSV is not working above the 5% test pressure then terminate the test and inform test engineer to install correct PSV.
