• Task is a relatively simple job that is not estimated to need more than one person for 20 hours to complete.
What does task management mean?
• The process of managing a work to be done by planning, testing, tracking and reporting it is referred as task management. (Task management, 2011)

•At the start of each day (or the night before) highlight the three or four most important things you have to do in the coming day. Do them first. •If you get nothing else accomplished aside from your MITs, you’ve still had a pretty productive day.
