2016 FERRARI TRIBUTE TO TARGA FLORIO

Conceived and organised by Vincenzo Florio, what was to become thethethetheworld'sworld'sworld'sworld's oldestoldestoldestoldest motorsportsmotorsportsmotorsportsmotorsports raceraceracerace was disputed for the first time on 6May 1906.To celebrate the 100100100100thththth editioneditioneditionedition of the Targa Florio, the 2016 iterationcombines four distinct competitions in a single event:• Targa Florio Rally• Targa Florio Historic Rally• Targa Florio Classic• Targa Florio Historic Speed

Automotive history comes to life in the places where it firstbegan, perpetuating a culture that is not only distinctly Italian,but also part of the heritage of the world.

The cars and roads that witnessed the exploits and victories oflegendary drivers such as Fangio, Varzi, Nuvolari, Merzario,Vaccarella take centre stage once again to realise the dream ofthe automobile, embodying its timeless appeal and ourculture during a week dedicated to historical Italianmotorsports.

In the year marking the 100100100100thththth editioneditioneditionedition of the TargaFlorio, it goes without saying that Ferrari will be payinghomage to the historical Sicilian race.

The event consists of an authentic regularity rallypitting classic and modern Ferraris against each otheron the spectacular roads of Sicily.


All Ferraris of any age are eligibleto participate.

An event combining the competitive, sports spirit of amotorsports race with the chance to discoverbreathtaking landscapes and experience the art, cultureand gastronomy of picturesque villages.
