General Description

Tapioca Ice Cream Shake is a food stall business to sell cool flavored drink mix with dark, spherical, chewy balls made from yam and tapioca called Pearls. The drink's uniqueness and the variety of flavors it offers broaden its appeal to the customers and will keep them interested. Taste and flavor of our shake is the essential component our product that will keep customers coming back for more.

Product Mix

Features of the Product – our shakes have different sizes of cups (small, medium, large). Each cup consists of delicious shake (any kind of flavor) with tapioca pearls below and ice cream at the top. Our product benefits are the taste that we can give to the customer.

Marketing Plan

Target customer – We are expecting to sell our products to everyone who loves to drink shakes because we have lots of flavors that would be likened by kids and adults.

Trends in consumer Preferences - Different flavors, different ice cream toppings and also having a special shake flavor every month.

Location of Business – Our location would probably be near schools and universities, on malls and offices.

Employees- to have at least 2 to 3 employees that will be starting to work from 11am to 8pm.

Management and Organization

Since we are also a student, there’s a routine in managing our business. And we can apply our knowledge and trainings to our business since our course are culinary and business administration.

In terms to the health of our customer, we make sure that it is healthy for them to buy our products aside from being comfortable because of the delicious and cold shake.

We have a suggestion box in order to have a good comments or feedbacks regards to our presentation and to our performance.

Since we have competitors like other shake business, we research for details and ideas for having more improvements so that we became more competitive to the other shake business.
