Graham’s Grill comes of age . . . . . . almost.Ambiance - Graham’s Grill is as fresh and welcoming as when it first opened its doors in 2007. The colors bright, the decor fun & a recent expansion has only added to the vibes. This isn’t a romantic getaway, but a lively club that’s alive with happy customers. Kudos to the designer & chef, Lesley Fay.Service - And here’s where the almost comes in. When the service is good, it’s very good. But when the service is bad, it’s very bad. It’s like a tale of two restaurants. One night is uber busy & out of control. Slow waiters & slower food. The next night can be the opposite. The waiters very attentive & the food magically appearing just when you want it. This seems to be the one dilemma of this restaurants success that has plagued it over the years. I just wish they could figure out how to provide excellent service all the time. And another note, one that’s just a little quirk. Their menu’s a pain. Confusing and hard to read, it’s just too much paper to weed through to find the menu you’re looking for. And the way they present their wine list is worse. Might as well bring a book with you to read.Food Quality - Like the yin & yang of service, food at one time suffered the same problem. But my tummy’s happy to report that they seemed to have solved this prob-lem. The food is, with few exceptions, consistently good. Breakfast is the best in town with lots to choose from. Lunch features wonderful salads like their tasty Spinach & Brie Salad that is best paired with one of their flavorful soups. Try the Pumpkin & Red Chile Bisque! And their fall dinner menu showcases some wonderful new addi-tions. A light & tasty Chicken Schnitzel, a tummy warm-ing Green Chile Cioppino chock full of seafood morsels & spice, & Clam & Smoked Bacon Fettuccini with White Wine that’s my absolute favorite. Desserts are showcased provocatively up front to encourage you to order them first . . . . cause life’s too short. They’re all good. Some even better. Go for the Apricot & Walnut Bread Pudding. Yum! Value - You can argue that the portions are too small or that they’re too big. But you can’t argue that their quality prepared menu is offered at an extremely attractive price. Most dinner entrees are under $20 & compete with other restaurants in the $30 range. Which means that you can eat there more often. That’s value.

Printing EcologyWe are committed to being good stewards of the environment by promoting the con-servation, sustainable use, and recycling of our natural resources. We also encourage the use of paper products made responsibly from natural resources, and actively pro-mote sustainable practices that positively impact the environment.

Cold Set Printing uses far less energy and produce far fewer volatile organic com-pounds (VOCs) than their heat set counter-parts. Printing direct to plate means that the films and the high VOC chemicals used to develop those films are now obsolete mak-ing our imaging abilities waste free. This also reduces water usage dramatically. Cold Set inks require none of the excessive en-ergy or expel Volatile Organic Compounds (VOGs) into the atmosphere.

Managed by people who care about main-taining the forest, our virgin paper fiber comes from forests which have an ecosys-tem which protects the long-term health of over 133 million acres.

All of our recycled paper is Processed Chlorine Free and is pre-sorted for recy-cling. The paper has not been re-bleached with chlorine containing compounds.

Our printing plates are made out of the same aluminum used to make soda cans. This means that all of our plates are 100% recycled.
