We’re so glad you’ve expressed interest in a photoshoot with us! We would be THRILLED to meet you soon, so let’s begin the introduc-

tions. We are Laura & Aaron Pol, a husband and wife team from the Ottawa area. It delights us to meet our clients and learn everything

about you! We love getting to see your sense of humour and we love your contagious laughter. We also love when your eyes sparkle

and light up as you talk about or spend time with your loved ones. We love the privilege of getting a peek into your lives.

The best part of riding a tandem bike is sitting in the back. Why? Because you can enjoy it, purely and simply. While someone else takes

care of you, guiding you to where you’re going, watching out for obstacles, planning the trip, you get to literally sit back and enjoy. This

is how we want to serve you. MAKE YOUR MEMORIES, SAVOUR YOUR EXPERIENCES, ENJOY THE RIDE. We will happily

guide you in a way that makes the most of your session, but when you see the results, we want you to re-live the moment.

F I R S T S T E P S

The first part of the fun is our consultation! If we haven’t met yet, let’s schedule a time to get to know

each other. My favorite way to do that is at a local coffee shop with a maple latte or some other mug of

steaming goodness in my hands, but sometimes we’re too far apart. In that case, online video chats will

do just fine. Once we’ve discussed and settled the details, we move on to the engagement shoot.

Engagement shoots are probably the most fun you will ever, ever have getting your pictures taken. You

have an entire hour to wander around beautiful places, all dressed up, holding the hand of your favorite

person in the world. It’s one of my favorite things too. It is such a joy to see two people so in love that

it radiates from them. I know that you, as a couple, will be unique and do things your own way. Maybe

you’re very affectionate, maybe you’re not so touchy-feely. Either way, this time is crucial for us to get

to know each other before your wedding! We’ll take advantage of this opportunity to build trust and get

comfortable with each other.

The next step will be a last-minute consultation, probably a week or two before your wedding. This is

the time when we will firm up all the details for the day. Locations and timing are very important, and

we need to make sure we’re on the same page.

After that, relax. Enjoy. Every. Second. You’re getting married. ❤

booked your wedding, we will be sending you a really handy guide that we’ve put

together to help you know what’s next, as far as photography. This guide is purely to

help you and make suggestions. If you choose not to use them, it’s perfectly alright.
