29 of July 2020 – Arrival of the Chief Judges
31 of July 2020 – Arrival of Judges, Delegations, registration, official training jumps. Judges conference
1 of August 2020 – official training jumps, registration, Opening ceremony
2 – 10 of August 2020 – competition jumps
11 of August 2020 – competition jumps till 13:00; 18:00 – Closing Ceremony and Farewell Dinner
12 of August 2020 – Departure day
Since 1st of July the DZ will be available for non-official training jumps.
Location of the Event
DZ Tanay, Kemerovo region, Russia (located 120 km west of Kemerovo, 115 km west of an international airport
Leonova; 250 km east of Novosibirsk).
Opening and Closing ceremonies will be organized on the DZ.
Details of Access
Local time UTC (UTC+7), MSC+4, distance between Moscow and Kemerovo is 3,650 km.
Flight Moscow (Domodedovo, Sheremetevo, Vnukovo airports) – Kemerovo (Leonova airport)
takes 4 hours 20 minutes. Travel time from Moscow railway stations (Kazansky station, Yaroslavsky station) is 55-60
hours.
Distance between Moscow and Novosibirsk is 3,350 km. Flight Moscow (Domodedovo, Sheremetevo, Vnukovo
airports) – Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo airport) takes 4 hours 10 minutes

The transportation from Leonova airport in Kemerovo and from Tolmachevo airport in Novosibirsk to the hotel and
to DZ will be organized for the Delegations and competition officials: Judges, Jury, FAI controller.

AIRSPACE RESTRICTIONS
There will be no airspace restrictions for the duration of the event.
Kemerovo air traffic management center gives authorization to work up to 140th flight level (4250 m).
LAND OWNER RESTRICTIONS
The organizers provide an unlimited access for competitors, accompanied persons and spectators to DZ Tanay for
the duration of the event.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR ORGANIZERS
The organizers of the competition will provide 3rd party liability insurance for competition officials and competitors.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPETITORS
Each competitor shall have medical insurance valid for the Russian Federation for the duration of the event.
Insurance should cover medical costs in case of injury while parachute jumps and repatriation costs.
Minimum sum insured is 300,000 (three hundred thousand) rubles.

There is a training facility of 840 square meters on the territory of DZ Tanay:

31 of July - 1 of August, 2020. Training jumps will be made from aircrafts L-410 and AN-2.
Cost of one jump in Accuracy and Style, CP – 17 €; FS4, FS8, VFS, CF, AE, SS, Wingsuit – € 21 per person
The opening and Closing ceremonies will be organized on the DZ.

RESORT TANAY 3*
Delegation members, accompanying persons and competitors will be accommodated in standard double rooms at
Resort Tanay located in Kemerovo region on the DZ territory.

Local transfer
A transfer will be organized from the hotels to DZ for the duration of the event.
Press-centre
A press-centre will be on site for the entire duration of the competitions. There will be a designated person from the
Organizing committee to assist the IPC public relations officials and representatives from the local media.
Volunteers
More than 100 speaking English volunteers will help all the competitors and officials for the duration of the event.
Excursions
All competitors and officials will have an opportunity to go on different excursions. It will be possible to visit the
hugest in world coal section of open coal mining, parks of real Siberian nature etc.
Judging Equipment
Officially approved by IPC Judging Committee judging and scoring equipment will be used.
Public Address System
A loudspeaker system will be used for announcements throughout the DZ. Radio equipment will be used for
communication between the personnel, judges, manifest, etc.
Moreover, special internet system will be used for informing all the competitors and officials.
Medical Care Provided
Emergency medical care is provided by the licensed organizations for the duration of the event including training
jumps. The nearest emergency care hospital is located in 12 km (20 min travel time) from the DZ.
Medical service and work of the clinic with highly qualified stuff will be provided for the duration of the event on DZ
territory.

Personal requirements
FAI Sporting License is required (valid for 2020).
Visa service
Invitations and visa support can be provided by the tourist company “Children of the sun” (“Deti solntsa”). Mobile:

Organizers will provide the easiest way of getting visas using the Russian Government and Ministry of sport of
Russian Federation help.
Anti-doping regulations
Offending drugs are medicaments from standard WADA list, valid at the moment of testing (listed on www.wada-
ama.org). FAI numbers alcohol among the offenders. According to FAI rules all competitors accept the fact that they
may be subject to the doping control procedures and undertake assisting their implementation. In accordance with
the anti-doping rules of FAI official competitors with confirmed medical conditions requiring the use of an offending
drug or prohibited methods should get the Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) prior to the respective competition. In
addition, if for reasons arising during a competition or immediately before the start, a competitor has to take any
medicaments, or if he is diagnosed with any medical condition, disease or injury, which can either endanger the
safety of participation or lead to cancellation of the license, this competitor must inform the Meet Director about it
in writing prior to the competition.
