CompaniesWho can apply for grants?  

Micro, small andmediumsize companies according to theXXXIV. lawyear 2004. about thesupportofmicro,smallandmediumsizecompanies,theyearlyaveragestatisticnumberofemployees ofwhichwasminimumone in the last (closed) full business year preceding thehandinginofthetender.

The following organizations canapply in the framework of this tender (withHCSO registernumbers):

-Individualentrepreneurs(23)

-Economicorganizationswithlegalentity(11,13)

- Economic organizations without legal entity (21, 22, except for 226 site of organizationsettledinaforeignland)

-Co-ops(12)

Theapplicantmusthaveapositivesupportdecisionofanothereconomydevelopmenttender(e.g.meansacquisition)handedinintheframeworkofNewSzéchenyiPlanatlatestuntilthebeginningoftheproject.

 

What activities are supported?

 III.Projectmanagement(onlyformediumsizecompanies)

Thesalaryandaffixesofaprojectmanagerresponsibleforrealizationaresupported,aswellasthesalaryandaffixesofafinancialmanagerincaseofasupportover25millionHUF.

 

What mount sum is available?

Accordingtotheplan,themountsumin2011is2.5billionHUF,whichgrantssupportonlyfor

organizationssettledinaconvergenceregion(notMiddle-Hungary).

How much money can be applied for and with what intensity?

Micro and small size enterprises can apply for maximum 5 million HUF, medium sizecompaniesforminimum1,maximum50millionHUF.

Intensity:

A,Iftheorganizationappliesfordeminimis(meagersum)support,itsintensitycanbe100%.

B,Iftheorganizationhasalreadyusedupitsdeminimissources,itcanapplyforsupportastraining support, the intensity of which is 60% in case of general trainings (that is, notvocational),butthisintensitycanbeincreasedto80%ingivencases.

Theapplicantcanalsoclaim25%ofthesupportasadvancemoneyduringtherealizationoftheproject.

 

Who writes and manages the tender, and what does it cost?

Incaseyouacceptourproposal,wemakeaproposalfortenderprojectmanagement. 

Until when can you apply?

Accordingtotheplan,thistendercanbehandedinperpetually,withautomaticprocedureuntilthesumtotalrunsdown,from1 st March2011.

When can the programme begin?

Incaseofwinningtheprogrammecanbegininthe2 ndquarterof2011.

Theprojectcanonlybeginonthedaythenotificationonthesupportdecisionoftherelatingeconomydevelopmenttenderisissued.Theapplicanthasminimum3,maximum18monthstorealizetheproject(countedfromitsbeginning).

 

Suggested action

Werespectfullyrecommendthatwediscuss thechanceof co-operationand theinformationnot present in detail in this proposal in the framework ofa personal appointment – if youhonouruswithyourtrust.
