TPPOA President. called themeeting to order. Theminutes from the Spring General Membership Meeting held on April 13, 2019were reviewed. No corrections were made.

Treasurer's Report: (Oddlz Holmes)The treasurers reponwas presented. with key expenditures and baiancesnoted to the membership from the written documents provided in themeeting invitation package and at the meeting,Four property owners have not paid their dues tor 2019 (two oi whom alsodid not pay tor 2018) and they have been reierred to the attorney iorcollection.$7,343.56 has been paid out this fiscal year.Insurance rateswere lower due to various teeters.A new flag pole and light has been delivered lu Tall Pines, Volunteers fromMe community will be neededfor installation; an email requesl will go outsoon to recruit helpers tor this project,

Property Committee report MelanieMosher)Winterizing has begun at the Common Area ,VDOT has repaired some culverts, l i the one near your properly needs tobe worked on please contact MelaneDept. of Game 3. Fisheries conducted a Markers Survey and advised thatall our markers are in the nghl place. All new buoys are malked with‘TPPDA" so i they get loose |hey can be retumed.At the Common Area, the seawall cables are broken and need repair/replacement. We are currently in the process oi obtaining estimates. it rshoped that this repairwill be completed by spring 2020.

Dock committee report: (BarbRobison)o It was reported that the management of the docks have not 0051TPPOA

any money this year.- Due to the water level, the poles are “hungup," but will be lelt that way tor

the time being 52 Dock provided intormation onadapting the poles tomake them taller. There is an approximate $90 charge per pole tor this.

- There is one ladder on the docks EMShas recommended getting at leastone other ladder installed tor the satay at the community. The cost oreach ladder is $380.

- The association has purchased two RescueBuoy rings which will be in‑stalled at the CommonArea. Two more will be purchased to make thearea saier tor boaters and for swimmers.
