Abitur in der Tasche - und was dann?

Glänzende Perspektiven für naturwissenschaftlich interessierteAbiturienten bieten die Studienfächer in Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen,Biologie, Biotechnologie, Biochemie und Lebensmittelchemie. Bevor dieEntscheidung für ein Studienfach fällt, sind zahlreiche Fragen zu klären:Was erwartet die Abiturienten im Studium? Welche Voraussetzungenmüssen sie mitbringen? Welche Spezialgebiete und welcheArbeitsmöglichkeiten gibt es?

Informationen rund um Studium und Beruf gibt es am 4. April auf deranalytica 2014 für Schüler und Lehrkräfte von Biologie- und Chemie-Kursen der Oberstufe. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die Studiengängeberichten Studierende und Berufseinsteiger von ihrem Weg an dieHochschule und in den Beruf. Bei einer Frage- & Diskussionsrunde könnenSchüler und Lehrer ins Gespräch mit den Vortragenden kommen.

Zusätzlich bietet die BMBF-Initiative „BIOTechnikum: Erlebnis ForschungGesundheit, Ernährung, Umwelt“ in ihrer mobilen Erlebniswelt mit Laborund Multimedia-Ausstellung die Möglichkeit, Einblicke in die faszinieren-de Welt der Biotechnologie zu erhalten.

Erneut führt die Messe München auf der analytica 2014 Live Labs zuden Themen Lebensmittelanalytik, Kunststoffanalytik sowie Bio- undGenanalytik durch. Dazu werden Labore aufgebaut, in denen typischeArbeitsschritte wie Probenvorbereitung oder -analysen zu sehen sind.

Das Programm wird von folgenden Fachgesellschaften gemeinsamgestaltet: der Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker e.V. (GDCh), derGesellschaft für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie e.V. (GBM) und demVerband Biologie, Biowissenschaften und Biomedizin in Deutschland e.V.(VBIO).
