Hansgrohe will replace at no charge for parts only or,at itsoption, replaceanyproductorpartof theproductthat proves defective because of improper workmanshipand/or material, under normal installation, use, serviceand maintenance. If Hansgrohe is unable to provide areplacementandrepairisnotpracticalorcannotbemadeintimelyfashion,Hansgrohemayelecttorefundthepurchasepriceinexchangeforthereturnoftheproduct.REPAIRORREPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES,REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDEDUNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEPURCHASER.

A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting fromdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

C. Laborandotherexpensesfordisconnection,deinstallation,orreturnoftheproductforwarrantyservice(includingbutnotlimitedtoproperpackagingandshippingcosts),orforinstallationorreinstallationoftheproduct.

D. Accessories,connectedmaterialsandproducts,orrelatedproductsnotmanufacturedbyHansgrohe.

E. AnyHansgroheorAxorproductsoldfordisplaypurposes.

HANSGROHE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
