Example projects

We undertook a mapping project across Europe to identify Marketing and Sales managers. This was a large mapping and

talent pooling project designed to support the growth of a Client, a large financial services corporation, throughout Europe.

This involved the mapping of 200 individuals in 8 countries. The result was 7 key hires over a period of 3 months. This

represented a cost saving of approx. 40% versus traditional recruiters.

A large scale mapping project covering Europe/UAE/Asia Pacific. Our Client, a major global manufacturing automation, were

looking to hire in excess of 500 people across the globe.

We have mapped a total of 120 position types and in all created a talent pool in excess of 2,000 people. As a result we have

successfully secured 200 hybrid individuals into the business and have a pipeline of 100 candidates involved in interview

processes throughout 15 countries.

Our project will continue throughout the next 12 months to continue supporting their growth.

A large ongoing mapping UK project for one of the largest Logistics companies in Europe. The project to date has involved

mapping 30 different position types over the past 2 years.

So far we have mapped in excess of 2,000 people within 5 of their key competitors. To date the talent pool created has been

responsible for multiple hires and has enabled our Client to achieve a cost saving of 60% versus the cost of traditional

recruitment fees.
