Conclusion

Organized recruiting methods and advanced on-job training programs to sustain its

development operations in San Jos

The talent pool suitable for software development in

San Jos is relatively smaller when compared to

other Latin American locations

As there are very few large software companies in

the country, there is a lack of highly skilled software

development talent

Lack of organized recruiting methods and limited sizeof the available and fresh talent pool makes it

difficult for software companies to expand.

Strong university/college collaboration programs are

required to recruit employees as other traditional
