I took various different pictures of the same models from different angles and effects. In the next few slides I will explain why I didn’t chose certain pictures.

Page 3: Taking photos

This is the picture that I chose. The lighting, focusing and the models are all perfect. After taking several pictures I finally got everything right. The props are in the correct place and each model shows a great emotion that represents my magazine perfectly.

In this picture I tried to use the focus to make the picture blurry. Unfortunately this picture was too blurry and the models where not in very good positions or showing the correct facial expressions. One of the models also has her face covered. Therefore I did not use it.

In this picture, you can see the flash reflecting from the prop. This makes the whole lighting in the picture not right. The prop is also covering half of the front models face which makes it look strange. This would not look right on the front cover of a magazine. Therefore I did not use it.

I didn’t chose this picture because the lighting isn't as I would like it and the angle is very awkward. The person in the foreground is very blurred and it doesn’t look right. Two of the models also have there eyes closed therefore it isn't a very professional picture.

I was very close to choosing this photo because the angling and lighting are perfect but the models all show over exaggerated facial expressions which looks strange. The picture I chose is exactly like the except the models look perfect.
