• A Catalytic leader is a person who has the ability to bring something into being that didn’t formerly exist

• In the business world is called an Entrepreneur

• They express ideas in very simple ways

• 2% to 3% of all leaders

• Has the ability to take a disorderly organization and bring the pieces together maximizing the resources.

• They are multitaskers that juggle numerous programs, concerns and demands.

• 10% to 15 % of all leaders

• They like to manage stable congregations by making small changes and maintaining systems at work.

• They do things correctly rather than doing the correct things. This leader loves reports, meetings and procedures

• An operator maintains or declines a Church but never grows much.

• 75% to 80% of all pastors
